This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and what we do with it.
We use cookies and page tagging to collect information about visitors to our site, so that we can find out how people discover and use it. This information includes your IP address and details of which web browser you are using. We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect and process this data (see their privacy policy for more details).
We may keep a record of your correspondence if you contact us. This information can be viewed by authorised people in Wildfish to deal with your enquiries.
We act as a data processor for services offered by some of our clients. Their individual services will provide detailed privacy policies for what data they collect and what they do with it.
Although we use HTTPS connections to encrypt and protect your information, sending data over the internet is not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information while it's in transit. Once we receive your personal information it may be stored on secure servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We have procedures and security features in place to prevent unauthorised access.
We will not sell your personal information, but may sometimes need to share your details:
if we have a legal obligation to do so;
to enforce our contracts, terms and conditions or other agreements with you;
with the third parties we engage to help us provide services to you - for example, email service providers, customer relationship and project management tools, payment processors, or legal advisors;
in the event we buy or sell a business asset, when your personal details may be shared with the buyer or seller and may be one of the transferred assets.
You can find out what information we hold about you, and withdraw your consent for its use at any time.
