Primrose, the mortgage packager, came to us with a vision for a web application that could revolutionise their sector. We worked with them to fulfil this vision, and built Primrose Evaluate, the web based mortgage sourcing application.
Evaluate is a mortgage sourcing system for brokers, enabling them to search for the best deals available for their clients, in real time, meaning for the first time they could enter their client's details into one system which would automatically search the various lender systems to enable them to see a real time side by side comparison of the best deals currently available matched to their client's exact circumstances.
After 12 months we were proud to be able to say that Evaluate had become the market leader in its field, which led to Primrose the mortgage processor becoming Evaluate Technologies, the mortgage software provider.
We worked with Primrose to transfer ownership of the application to their own in house team of developers, and Evaluate continues to be a best of breed solution, now powering 3 of the top 5 UK mortgage comparison sites, not just to brokers and mortgage professionals, but also directly to the consumer.
